Refund & Cancellation Policy
Request for refund shall be entertained only on the following conditions/situations below:
1. Cancellation made one week or more prior to appointment shall be entitled for full refunds.

2. Cancellation made less than week or more than 48 hours prior to appointment shall be entitled for 50% refunds. However, the balance 50% amount maybe utilised to reschedule the appointment within one year.

3. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the appointment shall not be entitled to any refunds. However, the amount maybe utilised to reschedule the appointment within one year.
Refund request will not be not entertained after service is provided, for any reason whatsoever.

In case of refund the amount refunded will be the same amount in Indian rupees that is received in our account less banking / transactions charges applicable. (We shall not compensate for any variations in any prevailing exchange rates).

Our warranty for implants is limited as per our warranty policy. Refunds request in this regards shall not be applicable.
