My Remarkable Teeth Journey.

Hi, my name is Deborah Purcell, I am from the Sunshine Coast, Australia. I was punched in the mouth at the Royal Melbourne Show in the ghost house when I was nine years of age, my four front teeth were damaged and loose, my mother was a poor woman and could not afford good dental care. After about 2 years my 4 dead front teeth were removed to fit a denture along with two back teeth removed to hold a denture. It was horrendous for me at such a young age. I had about 4 dentures fitted over the years, I hated them bad fit and badly made. In 2012 I decided to get a bridge done by a well-known dentist in Cairns Australia, that was $11,000 dollars and was flat and did not look real.

I got an abscess under my middle front teeth that went undetected due to a major operation on my bowel and tubes. I lost that tooth and the dentist quoted me $10,000 to put a bridge and do a few crowns! I ended up paying $1,100 for a bridge that looked terrible. In January 2024, I find out that my top bridge was attached to a diseased canine tooth and I would lose the bridge and more teeth.

I was then referred to Dr. Motiwala by two of his patients, a couple that were my neighbor’s that had both had their teeth done 10 yrs previously by Dr. Motiwala, the proof was seeing their teeth. They spoke wonders of Dr. Motiwala. I had no hesitation to contact Dr. Motiwala’s practice, Farah helped me with information and prices, Farah arranged my accommodation at the Taj Krisna, Dr Motiwala’s driver collected us from the airport and delivered us to the hotel. The hotel staff have been fantastic and we enjoyed our stay, we were invited to join an Indian wedding at the Taj Krishna. The Indian people are lovely.

The staff at the clinic are all professional and caring, the clinic is spotless and modern. On the 7th day of my teeth Journey Dr. Motiwala performed his magic and my new teeth (Zirconia teeth) are looking great. To get a full set of teeth with implants and crowns would of cost me close to $100,00 and the time frame would have left me with no teeth for a few months. With Dr Motiwala for $12000 AUD, it’s kind of a dream come true for me. Single piece basal implants were used. His technique is immediate placement of implants after extraction of 3 bottom teeth, 3 implants placed on top, replacing my old bridge. This has not been pain free. But it has certainly been worth it, I am very impressed by Dr Motiwala and his team and extremely happy with my new teeth. I can now smile!
