Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the payment gateway on our website. By proceeding with any online payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Payment Processing
All online payments made on this website are processed securely through a third-party Payment Gateway service provider. We do not store, process, or retain your debit card, credit card, Net banking, UPI, or wallet details. All Banking charges / transaction charges shall be to the client account only.

Transaction Confirmation
Upon successful completion of a transaction, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS. If a payment is unsuccessful but the amount is debited, the reversal will be handled by the Payment Gateway and the respective bank as per their applicable timelines. Payment shall be acknowledged only after the amount is received in our account.
Failed and Duplicate Transactions
In case of failed or duplicate transactions, the deducted amount (if any) will be refunded to the original payment method as per the Payment Gateway’s and bank’s refund process. We shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable to the registration fee for each event, which is available on our website. Approved refunds will be processed through the Payment Gateway and credited to the original mode of payment only.
Security
The Payment Gateway uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your payment information. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure secure transactions, we shall not be liable for any unauthorized access caused due to factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:
- Payment failures
- Technical issues with the Payment Gateway or banking networks
- Unauthorized transactions beyond our reasonable control
- We shall not be liable for any transactions with third parties that we may have facilitated to book such as Airlines, Hotels etc.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the payment gateway shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms.
