Permanent Teeth in 3 Days

Permanent Teeth in 3 Days

No More Sinus Lift - No More Waiting - Lifetime Warranty!

Dental implant treatment is a great reliever for people without teeth. But conventional dental implant therapy’s biggest drawback has been the length of time required by traditional placement protocols. A 3 to 12-month treatment with multiple surgeries is common. Patients undergoing such treatment have to wait for a long time before they can enjoy the benefits of better appearance, chewing, speech and self confidence.

  • Minimal Recovery Time
  • Minimally Invasive
  • No Need of Bone Grafting
  • Easy Maintenance
  • No Removable Appliances
  • Long-Term Results

  • Improve Quality of Life
  • Lifetime Warranty

With the technique Permanent teeth in 3 daysTM practiced by Dr. Motiwala, all patients can enjoy the benefits of permanent fixed bridges on implants within 3 days. The improvised technique is more reliable than traditional techniques. Having placed over 18,000 immediate loaded implants, Dr. Motiwala gives a lifetime warranty on this technique. Difficult or hopeless cases are also easily done as the technique is based on basal implants and immediate loading implants developed by Ihde Dental, a Swiss dental implant company. With the help of this technology, we have also treated diabetic patients, smokers and patients with severe gum disease with equal success. Bone buildup procedures are not at all necessary when this technique is applied.

With the help of this technology, we are able to treat 98% of the cases in a procedure which has “fixed teeth”, as a result within three days. Our technique does not need any bone augmentation, sinus surgery and bone grafts which anyway nobody wants. By avoiding these procedures, the patients get fixed teeth faster and at lower costs.

Our steady collaboration with Ihde Dental, leaders in immediate implants has helped us in focusing on immediate loadable implants and techniques. With their advanced swiss technology and our years of clinical experience, we have almost standardized rehabilitation of edentulous jaws at our center. The permanent teeth in 3 daysTM method can often be used to replace a single tooth, several teeth, or a full mouth of teeth, upper or lower, with remarkable comfort, predictability, and aesthetics. Other procedures like extractions can also be accomplished at the same time as well. As Dr. Motiwala reports, “It is possible to walk into our dental implant center with missing teeth and go back with a new set of fixed permanent teeth that are firmly anchored-not dentures or temporary teeth in 3 days.”

The Technique - Permanent Teeth in 3 Days

Full Mouth Dental Implants:

For full mouth dental implants, a full set of permanent ceramic teeth are fixed on the implants. A full set means getting your 2nd molars too. That means the patient gets 14 teeth on each arch. The fabrication of permanent teeth takes 3 days in our hi-tech lab, for a refined and good quality make. Meanwhile temporary teeth are fixed in the same sitting and the patient goes back with teeth, the same day the implants have been fixed. After 3 days the temporary teeth are removed and permanent are fixed. The permanent teeth can be either zirconia or regular porcelain fused to metal.

In certain techniques like where less number of tooth implants (4 or 6) are placed, the implant dentist is forced to fix temporary plastic teeth, which are then replaced after 3 or 6 months. In these techniques the risk of implant failure is very high. The patient ends up getting just 10/12 teeth whereas they need molars for efficient chewing.

At our center, we place 6 to 8 implants in the lower jaw and 8 to 10 implants in the upper jaw. We use a combination of compression implants, basal implants, and pterygoid implants and easily manage to give a full set of permanent teeth within 3 days with a lifetime warranty. By using this combination we easily manage to give our patients a full set of fixed teeth without any bone graft procedure or sinus lift.

Single or Multiple Teeth Replacement:

One or more implants are placed and then the permanent ceramic crown or crowns are fixed within 3 days. On the day the implant or implants are fixed, temporary plastic crowns are placed, so that the patient does not go back from the clinic with missing teeth. By 3rd day, final permanent ceramic crown is fixed. The risk factor of immediate crown in single implants is slightly higher compared to multiple implants. As such, in very few cases of single implants, we may place a temporary crown for 2-3 months and the permanent ceramic crown is then replaced later.

Time Factor – Permanent teeth in 3 days

At our center, we are able to deliver beautiful aesthetic permanent teeth on implants within 3 days. Because we deliver permanent prosthesis within 3 days of implant placement, the patients need not come back after 2-3 months of osseointegration. As such, international patients have to take out just a week of their precious time for a single 7 day visit. In these 7 days, we place implants and also complete any routine dental treatment. Our team of specialist can handle all other minor dental works if any (cosmetic dentistry, single sitting root canal, etc) and our dedicated well equipped lab delivers fast. The recovery from implant procedure is quick as we use flapless implants which cause little pain and no swelling.

The entire process, including any necessary extractions, can be completed in one day with minimal recovery time. The result is a full set of teeth that looks and feels natural and enhances self-confidence.

Permanent Teeth in 3 Days is carried out in following phases:

  • Tooth extraction (if required)
  • Implant placement
  • Make and fit Prosthetics on Implant

With this technique, teeth are extracted and the implant placed during the same surgical visit. A fixed acrylic bridge is fabricated on the same day of surgery. Impressions are taken for permanent ceramic teeth which are prepared and fixed within 3 days. The timeline for Permanent teeth in 3 days is thus completed within one trip. The technique differs from permanent teeth in a day or teeth in an hour.
